Real Estate Photographer

Real estate photography in the Nashville, Tennessee area is a wonderful way to explore the country. 

Recently I had the opportunity to visit communities in the Middle Tennessee area south of Nashville, Tennessee for Real Estate photography opportunities.

Hohenwald, Tennessee and Linden, Tennessee

These are communities that I have driven through many times but if not had the opportunity to get to know the community.

I wanted to follow up with you on the photography or your real estate projects and drone aerial video that you might need.

I have grown fond of the Linden, Tennessee area because of the charm of the downtown and the people in the community welcome you with open arms.

Commodore Hotel is an amazing place to visit. I'm planning on doing a fashion photo shoot there in a few weeks, and the owners are in full support of the project.

The Commodore Hotel & Cafe is conveniently located between Nashville and Memphis and is the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.

I also got to hang out at the Dimples Coffee shop with the owner and purchased some of her husband's fresh baked raisin bread.  Which was so delicious was not able to share it with my wife when I got home because I had consumed all of it.

Often when I'm visiting with a potential real estate agent or real estate offices and businesses in the area about professional photography. 

They will ask and fairly so what are the advantages of using a professional real estate photographer. 

So I'll take this time and list those advantages below.

Time Saver

Taking photos takes time. A professional photographer will not only take the photos, but they will re-size them and send them to you over email or through their website. All you need to do is download the image files and upload to the MLS.
