Nashville Wedding Photographer We Love
Nashville Wedding Photographer We Love
As a photographer I often ask, “What makes a good photo?”
So I recently interviewed Logan and Alexis Purdom about their wedding photographer Rachel Moore.
Without hesitating, they quickly called off why enjoyed working with Rachel Moore as a wedding photographer.
“Had the ability to capture candid photos with emotion.”
“Her personality was charming and easy to work with.”
“She captured the fun emotional parts of the wedding.”
“She was able to get the before and after shots.”
“All the photographs captured the moments.”
“She is a good fit felt like working with a close friend.”
"We never knew when she was taking photos."
“The photos told a story of the event and relationships.”
“Had all the photos back in two weeks edited and in a beautiful gift box.”
“All the photos have a bright soft and warm feeling.”
“Photo portfolio work represented her final product.”
“Enjoyed the online viewing program for the wedding photos.”
“Stays on the move to make sure she captures all the photos.”
“Does not compete on price.”
A couple of things I learned.
Great photographers are...
Interested in their subject and content.
Know how to find the light and use it.
Know how to create light.
Make it seem effortless.
A good photograph is just above a snapshot, it’s pleasing to the viewer.
A great photograph will make the viewer have an emotional response.
“A thing that you see in my pictures is that I was not afraid to fall in love with these people.”
